WHAT IS EFT?

EFT is an effective and powerful evidence-based therapy that helps dissolve emotional stress and tension held in the body. It combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points whilst voicing negative emotions or traumatic memories.

EFT helps to calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, and shift old emotions and outdated beliefs that have been holding you back.

Tapping meets you exactly where you are and is a practitioner guided practice.

Across these sessions, we’ll:

Each session is a safe and nurturing space and starts with a grounding breathwork practice. We meet online so you can remain comfortable at home.
