yoga to NOURISH your body & GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD

My classes will leave you feeling:

NOURISHED ~ CONNECTED ~ GROUNDED

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 12 years now (and practising for nearly 20). During that time, I’ve been fortunate to study, retreat and train extensively with some truly incredible and inspiring teachers.

I teach a variety of styles, all rooted in the tradition of Hatha Yoga, creating greater inner awareness, presence and ease through:

Asana (Postures)
Vinyasa (Flowing movement)
Pranayama (Breathwork)
Dhyana (Meditation)

My classes draw on the wisdom that have shaped my personal practice, weaving together various styles, alongside other gentle self-healing rituals. The breath is always at the heart of my teaching. As a certified Breathwork Instructor, I believe conscious breathing is our most powerful and readily accessible tool for transformation.

Whatever class you join, my hope is that each one supports you to soothe your body, and to find deeper self-understanding, and greater self-compassion. A regular yoga practice is the most beautiful journey of self-discovery. It has helped me to find more ease, contentment and a sense of being “home” in both, my body and life.

CHILDREN’S YOGA

In addition to my adult classes and events, I am passionate about sharing the gift of movement with the next generation. My children’s yoga sessions are designed to be engaging, playful, and accessible. I use creative storytelling, mindfulness games, and simple breathing techniques to introduce children to the joys of a yoga practice. These classes help children enhance their focus, coordination, and emotional regulation in a supportive and joyful environment - building a foundation of self-awareness that will last a lifetime.

Yoga is not about self-improvement,
it’s about self-acceptance.

Yoga Class Styles

  • Slow, calming, and quietly powerful.

Yin Yoga is the perfect antidote to city life, offering a quiet space to settle, breathe and be still. By holding seated and reclined postures for 3–5 minutes, we gently target the deeper connective tissues to increase flexibility and encourage a meditative release. This practice invites the nervous system to rest, providing stillness to quieten the mind and listen to the body’s wisdom.

Expect to leave feeling: Lighter, softer, and more spacious in both body and mind.

  • Deeply relaxing and profoundly soothing.

Restorative yoga is a "cosy cuddle" for your nervous system—a mini-retreat from everyday stress. Using props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets, we settle into stillness in fully supported postures for 10–15 minutes. This allows the body to soften, releasing tension and gently activating the parasympathetic nervous system for true relaxation.

Expect to feel: Rested, replenished, and peaceful.

  • Nurturing, supportive, and deeply connecting.

Pregnancy yoga is a gentle practice designed to support you through every stage of your prenatal journey. We focus on safe, functional movement to ease common aches and pains, build stability, and create space as your baby grows. Breathwork is woven throughout to calm the mind and prepare you for birth. This is a safe space to slow down, feel fully supported and connect with a community of women in the same season of life.

Expect to feel: Reassured, nourished, and empowered.

  • Nourishing, grounding, and deeply supportive.

Post-natal yoga with me is a nourishing space for new mums to arrive exactly as they are—whether you are tired, emotional, or joyful. We focus on easing tension in the neck and shoulders while rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength safely. You are welcome to feed, change and cuddle your baby throughout.. These supportive sessions offer gentle movement and calming breathwork alongside the vital opportunity to connect with other local mums.

Expect to feel: Grounded, nurtured, and less alone.

  • Energising, grounding, and breath-led.

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic flow that links mindful movement with the rhythm of your breath. We build strength and heat through standing and balancing poses, inviting focus and lightness. The practice then transitions to floor-based postures to improve flexibility before closing with total stillness—allowing you to release your "to-do" list and drop fully into deep rest.

Expect to leave feeling: Energised, centred, and deeply connected.
